We will then send you a confirmation by e-mail that we have received your order.

PRICESThe prices indicated on the www.safetywearandsigns.co.uk are in Pounds Sterling and exclude all taxes and delivery.The chosen possible delivery costs are indicated for the user during the basket checkout and are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but will apply the current rates as indicated to you on the site at the time the order was placed. The taxes will be indicated on the checkout page.
DELIVERY
The products bought on the www.safetywearandsigns.co.uk will be delivered to mainland UK. In the event where you want your goods delivered in another country you must purchase your order through the site and then contact us for a price to your dedicated country. It is the country where delivery will take place that determines the country of purchase. Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when you placed your order. Please note that we do not deliver to the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands (Alderney, Guernsey, Jersey and Sark). DELIVERY TIMES

As some items we send are personalised we aim to dispatch all orders in 5-6 working days.

You must have the correct footwear for your work You must take care of your footwear as it will not take care of itself Clean regularly with dubbin or polish to keep the leather supple and water resistant We will not exchange footwear if: 1. They have been abused 2. They are muddy or dirty Faulty footwear will only be exchanged at Safety Wear & Signs discretion. All footwear guarantee's are held with manufacturer, and refunds can be also be down to their discretion.
REFUNDS - Satisfied or your money backSafety Wear and Signs Ltd allows you 12 working days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice. We request that you send us the merchandise by recorded post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition (packaging and accessories etc.). Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will NOT be refunded. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the card originally used for payment. Custom goods will not be refunded. Faulty ItemIf the item you received is faulty, please contact us on 01903 755335 quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. There may be an additional charge for this service. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so. Links to banksSagePay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with. Employee accessNo individuals within SagePay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Our systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your transaction information and customer card information is secure even form our own employees because our systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens
